Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week Summer internship focused on Technical Sales, allowing hands-on experience with sales accounts, systems, controls, and services for commercial buildings. Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with preference for IT/engineering fields.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire summer internship.
• Preferred fields: Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Engineering.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits alongside mentors; learn end-to-end sales steps.
