Job summary

Altinity, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Technical Sales Engineer to help customers build real-time analytics with ClickHouse and Altinity.Cloud. You will evangelize our technology, onboard new customers, and guide deployments from proof-of-concept to production.

You will conduct discovery calls, assist with demos, POC, and design guidance, and collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure success. This is a full-time, remote role supporting North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in database/analytics or sales engineering roles.
• Strong SQL and data architecture knowledge.
• Experience with real-time analytics and ClickHouse is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls and design guidance for ClickHouse-based analytics apps.
• Support sales through demos, POC, and solution prototyping across data ingestion and query optimization.
• Onboard new Altinity.Cloud and Enterprise Support customers with cross-team coordination.
• Resolve technical issues during deployments and engage engineering when needed.
• Communicate between customers and internal Altinity teams to drive success.
• Manage multiple sales engagements with engineering, support, and sales admin touchpoints.
• Identify decision makers and build relationships with accounts.
• Coordinate with product and engineering to ensure customer success with Altinity.Cloud.
