Role offers full-time employment with remote option and hybrid potential across Altana hubs. Expect to influence architecture, automate workflows, and shape the product roadmap in a fast-growing network for trusted trade.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of real-world backend or data-driven software experience.
• Experience deploying production code to cloud-hosted environments.
• Proven track record delivering incremental releases from PoC to MVP to production.

Responsibilities

• Ingest product requirements and design iterative tech designs.
• Collaborate with product management to plan roadmaps.
• Maintain and deploy customer-facing workflows and APIs.
• Analyze technical solutions to enhance offerings.
• Automate testing, deployment, and CI/CD for your team.
• Review code and designs, ensuring quality and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team’s skills.
• Drive technical decisions and align with the roadmap.
• Identify gaps and create plans to address them.
• Serve as domain expert for parts of the product area.
