Job summary

Altinity is seeking a Golang Developer / Cloud Engineer to help build Altinity.Cloud, a managed ClickHouse cloud service. You will work on cloud-native, container-based deployments and operate services across public clouds.

The role involves collaborating with remote engineers and occasional on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong Golang skills, significant software development experience, and hands-on cloud operations expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Golang with Python is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Golang and minimum 5 years of experience in software development in general.
• Proven operational skills on Kubernetes and public clouds including AWS, GCP and/or Azure.
• Outstanding knowledge of networking (including DNS, load-balancers, peering), storage, and compute.

Responsibilities

• Build out Altinity.Cloud, an enterprise-ready cloud service for managed ClickHouse.
• Deploy and operate public-facing, container-based services.
• Collaborate with remote engineers and be on-call as needed.
