This remote role partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Service, Quality, and other teams to develop customer-focused technical solutions, support sales opportunities, and drive business growth.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a technical resource for Sales and customers throughout the sales process.
• Support discovery, quotations, RFIs/RFPs, and technical proposals.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, and project data in CRM/ERP.
