Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a technical sales leader to grow strategic accounts in the power electronics and industrial equipment space. You will engage engineering and commercial decision-makers, develop opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from RFQ to award.

The role combines strategic account management with business development, requiring travel ~50% and the ability to work remotely within a national territory. A strong electrical engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree preferred (BSEE strongly preferred).
• 4+ years of technical sales experience selling power electronics or related industrial products.
• Experience selling into OEMs and industrial manufacturing customers.
• Travel ~50%; remote position; ability to manage an independent territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers through direct outreach and relationship building.
• Sell standard and custom power solutions, including AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and battery charging technologies.
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through RFQs, testing, qualification, and award.
• Develop account growth strategies and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to introduce new technologies and applications.
• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account performance through CRM tools.
• Meet revenue targets and expand market share within assigned accounts.
