TEEMA is searching for a Sales Specialist – Power Protection to drive growth across the United States in a remote role. The candidate will lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial execution while collaborating with regional account teams and cross‑functional groups to close opportunities.

The role requires proven sales experience in the electric power industry, knowledge of electrical test instruments, and the ability to articulate technical and commercial value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in the power sector.
• Experience in the electric power industry.
• Knowledge of electrical test instruments and their applications.
• Experience developing proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
• Experience participating in customer presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams (account, product, technical, ops).
• ERP systems experience; SAP is an asset.
• BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of proposals and quotations for power protection products and solutions.
• Ensure pricing, commercial terms, technical information, and proposals are accurate and timely.
• Follow opportunities through the sales cycle to close orders.
• Develop competitive commercial solutions based on customer requirements and strategy.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Communicate technical and commercial value to decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with product, technical, marketing, operations, and sales teams on strategy.
• Track sales activity, order intake, proposals, and product penetration.
• Monitor competitors and evolving customer requirements.
• Provide customer and market feedback to support sales and product direction.
