QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for a diverse set of technical and corporate roles. The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines, advising hiring teams, and delivering a quality candidate experience from intake to offer.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can manage a large workload while maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, commissioning, and other highly technical roles with ability to shift between technical and corporate functions.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume requisitions load from intake to close.
• Strong proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and specialized talent channels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, calibrate profiles, provide market insight, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for 15–30 active requisitions, maintaining pipeline health.
• Lead intake and calibration discussions with hiring managers on role requirements and interview expectations.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent using multiple channels and targeted outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely interviewing, feedback, and offers.
