Horizon Controls Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to operate in a fully remote role nationwide. You will support engineering and technical hires across the United States, with a focus on pharmaceutical or biomedical industries, and work closely with US-based hiring managers.

The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engagement through screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, ensuring a strong candidate experience in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting technical/engineering professionals in regulated industries is required.
• Must understand technical job descriptions and evaluate CVs.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with US-based hiring managers to identify requirements and roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent across the US.
• Identify active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networks.
• Screen candidates and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
