Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support Technical Operations and Engineering functions on a 3-month engagement. This remote role involves pipelining, screening, and coordinating interviews for highly specialized biotech and life sciences positions.

Candidates should have 5+ years of biotech recruiting experience and a strong track record in sourcing technical talent such as Validation/CQV, Facilities, and Capital Project Engineers. Remote work eligibility is available.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience in biotech/pharma or regulated manufacturing.
Experience recruiting Validation/CQV Engineers, Facilities Engineers, and other technical roles.
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills across GMP environments.

Responsibilities

Manage recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering roles from intake to interview scheduling.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent in biotech and pharma.
Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs with GMP/engineering focus.
Screen candidates for technical fit, project background, and compensation expectations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.
