  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, industry databases and other sourcing channels.
  • Recruit for specialist positions across engineering, manufacturing, automation, validation, quality, project management and other technical disciplines.
  • Review technical CVs and assess candidates against technical, industry and role-specific requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based hiring managers.
  • Manage offer processes, salary expectations, negotiations, references and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, skills shortages and recruitment trends.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with technical professionals and specialist talent communities.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.

Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, employment legislation and applicable data protection requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical, biomedical or medical device industry is compulsory.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting technical and/or engineering professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets within regulated industries.
  • Experience recruiting specialist rather than exclusively high-volume or generalist positions.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate engineering and technical CVs.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Proven experience conducting candidate screening and interviews.
  • Experience partnering directly with US-based hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently in a remote environment.
