Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Corporate Recruiter on contract to partner with HR and hiring managers, managing requisitions from start to finish, and sourcing active and passive candidates with a consultative approach.

The role supports staffing strategies across a 100% remote setup within 50 miles of a Catalent site, with a 40-hour week and an unknown contract length. Strong ATS/CRM experience is preferred in a regulated environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR, business management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to create and drive efficient candidate generation strategies beyond traditional recruitment methods, including strong passive recruitment, headhunting, and pipeline development.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies and gather position requirements.
• Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure.
• Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies for effectiveness and branding.
• Source active candidates through online databases, job postings, internal databases, and referrals.
• Proactively source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and social media searches.
