Job summary

Kaztronix LLC is seeking an Pharmaceutical Contract Recruiter for a 3+ month contract with a hybrid remote arrangement in the United States (1–3 days onsite, preference 3 days). The role requires prior corporate pharmaceutical recruiting experience and will handle end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, R&D, finance and other areas.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, talent benchmarking, and building a scalable recruitment program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years of recruiting for corporate roles, including pharma,
• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, R&D, finance and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business.
• Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent.
• Protect and improve candidate experience.
• Use hiring metrics to develop more efficient hiring solutions.
• End to end recruitment of US positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate processes.
