Job summary

Kaztronix LLC is seeking an Pharmaceutical Contract Recruiter for a 3+ month contract with a hybrid remote arrangement in the United States (1–3 days onsite, preference 3 days). The role requires prior corporate pharmaceutical recruiting experience and will handle end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, R&D, finance and other areas.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, talent benchmarking, and building a scalable recruitment program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years of recruiting for corporate roles, including pharma,
• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, R&D, finance and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
• Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Protect and improve candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
• Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment of US positions
• Recruiting on manufacturing and also functional groups such as R&D, finance and all other area.
• This is a full lifecycle role from sourcing to offer placement.
• The person also will be responsible for scheduling interviews.
• Providing talent benchmarking and market landscape for quality hiring.
• Creating the leadership talent pool from the market.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media, headhunting, industrial mapping etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
