Qualifications

• Demonstrated proactive sourcing and outbound candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
• Self-directed and capable of flexible work environment

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
• Proactively identify and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking
• Build candidate pipelines for multiple searches
• Screen candidates and assess experience and alignment
• Partner with hiring leaders to set priorities and move searches forward
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum in the process
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS
• Support offer-stage activities and onboarding
• Prioritize critical and time-sensitive hiring needs
• Meet recruiting performance and hiring objectives
