Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to direct source candidates effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Solutions Managers and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using referrals and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and video interviews; deliver candidate assessments.
