Qualifications
- 2+ years experience hiring in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
- Proven sourcing methods: headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, mapping.
- Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English; Japanese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to design recruiting strategies.
- Execute all phases of recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates across industries.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assess fit.
- Communicate with candidates and clients professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve client recruitment processes.
