Job summary

SecureVision is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Embedded Recruiting and RPO, to work remotely on client projects. This full-time, client-facing role embeds with one or more technology clients, acting as their internal recruiter with an RPO engine behind you.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting from intake to close, excel at outbound sourcing, partner with hiring teams, and drive clean data and accurate reporting in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter with proven outbound sourcing.
• Comfort navigating client ATS environments with clean data.
• Executive presence on calls with founders, CTOs, and VPs of Talent.
• Client-facing mindset with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned client(s).
• Source, screen, interview design, offers, and onboarding.
• Lead calibration with hiring managers; present top profiles.
• Conduct strategic outbound sourcing while handling inbound applications.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and provide client reporting.
