Randstad USA is seeking a high-volume Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for data center infrastructure and enterprise IT talent. This 100% remote role supports a FAANG enterprise with consultative partnerships to Hiring Managers and global colleagues.

• 3–5+ years of dedicated technical and data center infrastructure recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for roles within large-scale IT infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of data center domains and infrastructure roles.

Mansioni

• Hiring Manager partnership: intake calls and updates on requisitions.
• Candidate management: manage pools and direct sourced candidates.
• Goal tracking: meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and track performance.
• Compliance & auditing: ensure requisition activity is documented per SLA and audit frameworks.
