Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring for data center operations, including Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers. This 3-month contract role may extend or convert to full-time based on business needs and performance.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet surging hiring demands across our global data center footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Direct experience recruiting for data center–related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and turnover reduction.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience across technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineers.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain ATS records and coordinate interviews and offers with speed and quality.
