Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own full lifecycle recruitment across US-based roles, including remote and hybrid positions. This role requires partnering with leaders, building pipelines, and driving metrics-driven hiring strategies in a fast-growing data center environment.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while improving processes and collaboration with HR teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in data center, construction, real estate or industrial hiring preferred.
• Proficient with ATS (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and bilingual English/French required.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective processes.
• Post inclusive job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines with data hygiene.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Produce dashboards on hiring trends and market insights for leadership.
