Blaze Talent is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter focused on Data Center Infrastructure & Operations. This remote (US) role, hired via EOR, typically runs 3–6 months on a W2 contract.

You’ll embed with clients to own end-to-end recruiting for construction, DC operations, network, and logistics teams, from intake to offers. You’ll partner with data center managers and engineering leads, advising on market realities, compensation structures, and multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including data center ops or infrastructure roles.
• Experience with on-site, shift-based, and travel-heavy roles, including 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data center leadership to scope roles and hiring plans.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers across four areas (construction, data center ops, network, logistics).
• Build pipelines beyond LinkedIn and map local talent for new site markets.
• Maintain ATS data and report recruitment funnel metrics clearly.
