Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring for specialized technical roles, with a focus on Data Science, ML, and AI. Remote work arrangement and a fast-paced environment require strong sourcing instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to build robust candidate pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers
• Strong grasp of technical terminology and AI/ML concepts
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical hiring needs and team objectives
• Source and engage passive candidates through various channels
• Recruit for specialized technical roles including Data Scientists and AI Engineers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and managers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
