Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring for specialized technical roles, with a focus on Data Science, ML, and AI. Remote work arrangement and a fast-paced environment require strong sourcing instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to build robust candidate pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers
• Strong grasp of technical terminology and AI/ML concepts
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical positions, with a strong emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an efficient, high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. The position also requires strong sourcing instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and precision.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually
