Job summary

Constructor.io is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across our product suite. You will own onboarding for new customers and additional product rollouts, guiding engagements from kickoff through activation in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate internal and client resources, manage timelines, and drive repeatable, AI-assisted processes to scale the function while ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project management or onboarding PM experience in SaaS.
• Track record of owning end-to-end delivery and cross-functional accountability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for parallel implementations.
• Customer-facing confidence to lead kickoffs and go-live expectations.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and stay clear under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outcome: be accountable for success of each implementation from kickoff to activation.
• Drive Every Contributor: coordinate technical, customer, and partner resources against one plan.
• Lead the Customer Experience: act as the primary activation contact with a clear communication rhythm.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: ensure accurate handoffs and surface risks early.
• Build Scalable Process: standardize how implementations run and enable automation-first growth.
