Job summary

Constructor is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across its product suite. You will own the plan, timeline, and outcome, driving onboarding and product rollouts from kickoff through activation in a fully remote capacity.

You will coordinate constructors’ technical resources with customer and partner teams, maintain a single plan, manage milestones, and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience in SaaS.
• Track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-facing confidence: lead kickoff, manage expectations, go-live.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations for new customers and product rollouts.
• Coordinate technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan.
• Lead kickoff meetings, set milestones, track dependencies, and report status.
• Maintain clear customer communication through activation and handoffs.
• Build scalable processes and contribute to an automation-first operating model.
