Job summary

Impartner is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide customers through implementing our PRM platform in a remote-friendly, nationwide role. You will manage projects end-to-end, align with business goals, and serve as the trusted advisor translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure timely delivery, maintain risk plans, and mentor junior PMs in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Support—to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to leadership and clients.
• Act as a mentor to junior project managers or team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
