Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role focuses on cross-functional programs in business applications and FinTech.

The TPM drives Agile delivery, manages stakeholders, and aligns outcomes with business objectives, navigating both detailed technical topics and strategic direction. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to guide architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in FinTech or enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years of relevant software development industry experience, preferably FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience and track record managing programs end-to-end.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while enforcing practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain high organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement across programs.
