Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote role leads cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment to meet business objectives.

The TPM navigates complex technical topics and strategy while representing the customer and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Applicants must work on a W2 basis, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

Proven TPM experience in FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
7+ years in software development with program mgmt.
Strong NetSuite experience.
Track record from kickoff through delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum Master duties.
Certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
