Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within Enterprise Business Systems and FinTech. You will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure architectural integrity to meet business objectives.

This remote contract role requires strong coordination across teams, definition of scope and timelines, and alignment of roadmaps with strategic goals. W2 benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant software development/PM experience, preferably FinTech or enterprise business systems.
• Strong NetSuite experience and ability to navigate complex technical topics and high-level strategy.
• Certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
