Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, W2 contract role focuses on leading cross-functional programs, driving Agile delivery, and aligning outcomes with business objectives.

The TPM will navigate technical topics and strategy while maintaining strong customer representation. Requirements include 7+ years in software development or PM, NetSuite experience, and solid stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or program management, preferably FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver across complex programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with high attention to detail.
• Certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
