Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team to drive Agile delivery across cross-functional groups focused on business applications and FinTech. This remote contract role requires guiding programs from kickoff through delivery, navigating both detailed technical topics and strategy.

The TPM will manage stakeholders, uphold high architectural standards, lead technical discussions, and ensure outcomes aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
