Qualifications
- 7+ years in software development, FinTech experience preferred.
- Strong NetSuite experience.
- Proven program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
