Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. The role leads cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The TPM will navigate both detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, manage risks, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. This remote, contract position offers a competitive W2 benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably within FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
