Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This contract role leads complex, cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech.

The TPM will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will navigate detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, anticipate issues, uphold architecture standards, lead technical discussions, and represent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably within FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• 7+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably in FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and Scrum Master duties.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
