Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role focuses on cross-functional programs for business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery, overseeing stakeholders, and aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar, preferably in FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, preferably FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
