Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps.
• Strong communication with customers and technical development staff.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable software solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

Responsibilities

• Design and support development of software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate to solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features.
• Define rollouts of Sage Intacct integrations based on business processes.
• Develop project plans and manage on-time delivery and budget.
• Train end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document requirements into software and business processes.
• Respond to customer technical issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Success teams.
• Deliver clear communications and leadership aligned to goals.
• Contribute to deployment best practices and reusable tools.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
