Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge business requirements and software solutions. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to translate needs into Sage Intacct-based solutions, ensuring adoption and satisfaction across customer teams.

The role emphasizes engagement with clients, requirement gathering, and delivering well-planned, high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions
• Experience in assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes
• Programming/coding experience a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and support the development of software solutions that achieve high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test unit and integrations, train, and support transition to the professional services team.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay current with features and enhancements.
• Define and support the rollout of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time delivery and budget.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business management processes.
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to system implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate project execution.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals and requests.
• Contribute to deployment knowledge and improve tools and repeatability of service delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide learning programs.
• Network to build relationships internally and with clients.
