Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge the gap between clients, developers and project teams. You will translate business requirements into software solutions using Sage Intacct and related ERP systems, ensuring high client satisfaction and adoption.

The role offers exposure to leading financial applications and collaborative growth within a fast-growing advisory firm.

Qualifications

Five or more years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or ERP/financial applications.
Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment.
Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
Experience mapping data with Excel and data migration tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead design and support the development of software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
Gather requirements with client stakeholders, translate to specs for development, and support deployment.
Define project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Train customer end-users and document requirements into BT processes.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
