Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate complex business needs into Sage Intacct software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to design scalable ERP features and ensure high user adoption.

You will guide requirements, manage projects and mentor junior teammates while upholding industry best practices and client relationships. This remote role offers growth within a fast-changing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications and new software deployment is desirable.
• Advanced business analytics skills to solve complex problems and translate requirements into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team, managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, communicate with the development team, test, train, and support transition to services.
• Develop and communicate project plans to deliver on time and on budget, and document requirements into software solutions.
