Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions using analytics.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements into tech solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) are helpful for data mapping and migration.
• Strong time management, communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership, project management and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate client requirements into software solutions with Sage Intacct in mind.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and support design, testing, training, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and current product features.
• Design and roll out integrated solutions aligned with client business processes.
• Develop project plans and support on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Train end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document requirements into software and business processes following best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing to coordinate delivery.
• Communicate clearly to align with customer goals and timelines.
• Contribute to deployment knowledge base and improve tools for repeatability.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and mentor through firm programs and network with clients.
