Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to ensure successful adoption and delivery.

This remote role requires 5+ years in consulting or business analysis with ERP/financial apps and strong analytics, Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• 5+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or related SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable software solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) are beneficial.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers, project managers and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, design solutions, and support deployment.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Define rollout plans for integrations with Sage Intacct based on customer processes.
• Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and processes.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to implementation.
