Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate functional requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction. You will gather requirements, stay current on Sage Intacct features, and lead project plans to deliver great outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or similar SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data mapping and migration.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, communicate with the development team, test, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay current with latest features.
• Define and support the rollout of Sage Intacct integrations based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
