Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption. The role offers growth and flexibility, with a focus on Sage Intacct integration and ERP/fintech projects.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in consulting or implementing Sage Intacct or similar SaaS and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS preferred.
5+ years in Sage Intacct, ERP/financial SaaS consulting.
Experience communicating with customers and developers on system issues.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements with key client stakeholders and define solutions.
Design, test, and support deployment of software solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and its modules.
Develop and communicate project plans for on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Train customer end-users and relate functionality to business needs.
Document customer requirements into software solutions per BT best practices.
Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing.
