Job summary

Neovance L.P. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own key product areas where integrations and scalability matter most. You’ll guide opportunities from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs with long-term platform growth.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Architecture to build a modern, data-driven platform enabling multiple programs and patient access workflows. Remote work is supported for U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technically complex software products through product management or software engineering, with demonstrated product ownership.
• Strong technical foundation to evaluate APIs, data models, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Ability to connect customer needs and business objectives to product decisions across the lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to influence decisions amid ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas, set objectives, roadmap priorities, and success measures.
• Lead discovery with customers and stakeholders to uncover value.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Architecture to shape scalable solutions.
• Define testable product behavior across components, data flows, and rules.
• Evaluate approaches with Engineering and Architecture, balancing trade-offs.
• Turn complex discussions into clear options and requirements for delivery.
