Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Healthcare or digital health knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Engineering on technical approaches, tradeoffs, dependencies, and sequencing
• Work directly with clinicians and operational teams to understand pain points and improve workflows
• Define product KPIs and use data to prioritize and measure improvements
• Manage roadmap and backlog priorities across platform, integrations, automation, and user-facing workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and modern software architecture
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable direction
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions
• Experience defining requirements and managing software products through delivery
