CHG Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our workflow orchestration platform. You will define the “what and why” of the roadmap and author detailed technical specifications to guide engineering teams.

You will be embedded with engineering, participate in design reviews and PR discussions, and write prototypes and code to validate assumptions. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and technology, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product management with demonstrated technical depth.
• Experience authoring technical specifications and working in codebases.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineering groups to research needs and extend the orchestration platform.
• Author and own detailed technical specifications including data flows and acceptance criteria.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer research and business goals.
• Write prototypes and lightweight automation to validate assumptions and accelerate decisions.
• Partner with engineering as an embedded team member across design reviews, sprint planning, and PR reviews.
• Define product metrics, design workflows, and analyze data to drive prioritization.
• Translate technical complexity into clear narratives for stakeholders.
