Job summary

Icon Health is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with heads of technology, data, and product to turn business, clinical, and operations priorities into clear roadmaps and build-ready requirements for data and platform teams.

You’ll partner with the executive team to shape strategy for new product areas, translate strategy into phased plans and MVPs, and work with clinical and operations users to improve workflows with technology. This role is fully remote in a national market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably on data-heavy or platform products.
• Track record of owning roadmaps and shipping with engineering and data teams.
• Strong requirements-writing skills, from high-level strategy to detailed specs.
• Comfort with data (SQL or BI tools) and with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain roadmaps for data and platform/engineering, aligned to company priorities.
• Gather and prioritize requests from clinical, operations, partnerships, and leadership; identify dependencies.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers and analysts.
• Manage backlog and sprint planning with engineering and data leads; track delivery and adjust priorities.
• Define metrics for new features and measure impact after launch.
