Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager to translate complex EW requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and operators’ experiences. You will drive hardware NPI for FASST/LSNRS and own the end-to-end lifecycle with edge-node optimization.

This role requires strong RF, sensing, and SDN expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25-50% for testing and customer engagements in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience with wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate tactical EW requirements into hardware configurations and software specs.
• Drive NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products.
• Own edge-node transceiver operation and system integration.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases for EW software features.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and sales to align priorities.
