Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly capable Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, and revenue growth for EW & Sensing solutions. You will own hardware NPI and software features for specialized defense products, collaborating with R&D and sales teams.

The role demands translating complex military use cases into clear technical requirements, with travel up to 25-50% and a US citizen clearance expectation. Hybrid/remote options are available for suitable US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense/aerospace or wireless comms.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsabilités

• Translate tactical EW mission requirements into hardware configurations and software specs.
• Own NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS product portfolios.
• Define transceiver operation for edge node deployments and optimize user experiences.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW software features.
